WHY USED GYM EQUIPMENT
Because their space allowed for a nice variety of both strength and cardio fitness equipment, together we decided on an optimal mix that would cover all bases. We installed ellipticals and treadmills by Life Fitness and some stationary bikes to round off the cardio section. The strength included Life Fitness Signature and our in-house CGS brand dual adjustable pulley, dumbbells, rack and benches.
